RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
As we do not carry stock items of wallpaper and all wallpapers are to be ordered in as per customer, we cannot offer returns/exchanges if you have over ordered or if you’ve ordered the incorrect products. For this reason, we also do not accept returns for change of mind.
With calculations that you provide they must be emailed to us and be exact. When we calculate the quantities its is a precise method and if your measurements are different to those provided it can mean that an incorrect quantity is calculated. If you have someone installing the wallpapers for you , please have them calculate for you, they can map out pattern repeat according to your wall. We cannot accept returns or refunds if the sizes are found to be incorrect.
We and our suppliers take extra care in packaging all items, if an item has slipped from the the box faulty from mishandling in transit please contact us ASAP and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange or reorder more.
We do not take responsibility or offer returns/refunds/exchanges for faults arising from installation. Please check your wallpaper for defects prior to hanging, and thoroughly read and follow the hanging instructions on your wallpapers label. We highly recommended you use our preferred paper hangers to avoid having wallpapers incorrectly installed.
In the event that the Wallpaper Lane gives its agreement it shall be a term of the agreement that the Customer will pay all reasonable costs including freight costs and a surcharge of 30% of the invoices for the goods.
Any return or refund must be discussed within 2 weeks of purchase.
We order from numerous suppliers and hundreds of products that are in stock from all around the world! On the occasion that the stock has run out or the supplier has decided to no longer make the wallpaper, we will give you the opportunity to reselect or we can refund you the full amount.
